Driven by my passion for health and wellbeing, I felt compelled to share my knowledge with others, helping them become the best versions of themselves.

I am a vibrant and healthy rehabilitation and high-performance movement coach with over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry. In my twenties, I embarked on a career in the South African military, where I achieved the rank of corporal in the infantry as a paratrooper.

Later on, I transitioned to the intelligence corps, working as a field handler, and eventually found myself in the navy, serving as a leading seaman clearance diver.

 

During my time in the navy, I unfortunately suffered a diving accident that resulted in three crushed vertebrae in my neck. The surgeons informed me that leading an active life again would be impossible after my surgery.

However, accepting such a fate was not an option for me. Determined to find a solution, I traveled between Europe and the USA, seeking out experts in rehabilitation and high-performance techniques.

 

Driven by my passion for health and wellbeing, I felt compelled to share my knowledge with others, helping them become the best versions of themselves. It became clear to me that the fitness industry often prioritizes aesthetics over the quality of movement.

 

As a result, I have developed a unique method that enables you to move your body in the most efficient way possible, transforming you into a superhuman compared to the average person.

Welcome to my coaching services page! As we navigate through the digital age, I’ve found that online coaching via video calls has been incredibly effective, especially during the COVID lockdown period.

My coaching style involves weekly sessions lasting a minimum of one hour, with a commitment of at least 4 weeks to ensure a meaningful and impactful coaching journey. My hourly rate is AU$200, and I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and unlock your potential.

To get started, I offer a complimentary video assessment. This initial meeting allows us to connect, discuss your objectives, and tailor a coaching plan that suits your needs perfectly.

You’ll need minimal equipment for our sessions, which I can provide or guide you on where to purchase. This may include items like gymnastics rings, fold-up pull bars (if necessary), self-massage rollers, and resistance bands.
